Apart from the work cleaning and pulling staples, the posts were left unmodified, selected for height and then applied to a linen scrim. The stiff fabric was stretched and mounted on a hidden understructure with 4cm of separation from the wall surface, creating a weightless, hovering effect when back-lit.
